Italian and Cooking classes

Anchovies marinade, peeling artichokes, rolling out pasta...Italian regional cuisine will have no more secrets for you as Istituto Venezia has now its own fully equipped kitchen. Starting from 6th February 2012, we will be offering the following activities:


Weekend cooking and Venetian cuisine history course

On Saturday morning, you will go shopping at the famous fish and vegetables market in Rialto and you will taste a local aperitif. During the afternoon you will cook the meal and in the evening you will have dinner all together, serving food with an excellent selection of regional wines. On Sunday morning you will meet together for a cuisine history class while cooking the lunch meal.

If you enrol for a language course and book a cloister room or a homestay room, you can stay for one extra night, we'll pay for it!

Weekend cooking course + saturday night housing: 190 euro


Wednesday cooking

Every Wednesday in the afternoon in the school's kitchen and supervised by our talented cook Anna, students will prepare traditional local and regional food and taste them with a good glass of wine.

On Wednesdays from 5.30 pm to 9 pm.
Fee per person for one afternoon: 35 euro
